For the third consecutive year, the National Academy of Engineering of Uruguay (ANIU) will present the Rosario Pou Award for Innovation in the Forestry Chain.<\/p>\n
The ceremony will take place on March 12, 2025<\/strong> at 6:00 p.m. at the Uruguay Golf Club, with free admission for the public.<\/p>\n This award, established in 2022 thanks to a donation from the American philanthropist Mary V. Mochary, seeks to recognize and promote innovation<\/strong> throughout the Uruguayan forestry production chain.<\/p>\n The award honors individuals, groups or companies<\/strong> that have developed innovations that generate value, improve processes and services, or implement new practices and technologies with a focus on sustainable development.<\/p>\n In the previous edition, the project \u201cAutomatic irrigation with artificial vision\u201d, developed by Montes del Plata<\/a> in collaboration with J.
